Fees
Mediation services are billed at $280 per hour for two party mediations or $130 per hour per party in multiple party mediations. There will be a two hour minimum bill per mediation or party as applicable. The fee shall be split equally among the parties unless otherwise agreed before or at the mediation. No travel time is charged.

Scheduling
Two mediations a day are usually scheduled; morning generally starting at 9am, 9:30am or 10am; afternoon starting at 1pm, 1:30pm or 2pm. These times are flexible and can be changed upon request.

If you feel you need more than three hours, please notify our office by email, fax phone as soon as possible.

Locations
All mediations are conducted at the plaintiff or defense attorney’s offices or the insurance company. If no space is available or a neutral site is preferred, court reporters offices will be used.
